A small Victorian oval brass planter with embossed shell design decoration and cast brass fittings c.1885. Oval form with flared rim and bulbous sides. Both sides embossed with a stylish shell decoration, small cast brass handles to the sides and complementing brass claw feet to the base. Superbly made and detailed, presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 7.5" wide x 4" deep x 4" high. Stock number 43132.
