Hand knotted close deep pile, typical of high quality Saroq rugs; a large medallion to the centre in cornflower and navy blues with floral decoration. The central medallion surrounded by soft red background with matching floral design decoration in tones of champagne cream and blues to complement the centre. Broad border to the rug edge with cornflower blue background and medallions repeated around the border in tones to match the centre.
