An immaculate Persian pure wool rug or runner with repeated geometric medallion decoration c.1920. Hand knotted pure wool pile with rich terracotta red background decorated with an interlocking geometric medallion design in dark aubergines, soft blues and champagnes. Double border to the edge with matching decoration and colours. Presented in immaculate unworn stain free condition, newly cleaned ready for use. Measures 71" long x 35.5" wide. Stock number 42680.
