A superb 1930's Geographia 10" paper mache globe on a turned walnut pedestal and foot in excellent original condition. The 10" paper mache globe in excellent clear and unfaded condition with a rich patina, makers label for Geographia, Fleet Street, London set to the side. The globe revolving in a polished brass axis with degrees plate and finial to the top. Sat on a turned walnut baluster shaped pedestal and foot with broad base to aid stability. Presented in excellent original condition with a deep shine and original patina. Measures 11" wide with axis x 10" deep x 20" high x 7" diameter at the base. Stock number 42612.
