A large late Victorian solid brass planter with embossed leaf design decoration and lion mask ring drop handles to the sides c.1890. Circular form with rolled rim to the top and dished base sat on a flared stepped foot. The sides of the planter embossed with a continuous band of leaf design decoration. Lion mask handles with ring drops to each side. Superbly made and detailed, presented in superb condition with a deep shine. Measures 14.5" diameter x 15" wide including handles x 12.25" high.  Stock number 42420.
