Description

An Edwardian mahogany cased set of drawing instruments in complete and immaculate condition by W. H. Harling, London C.1910. The figured mahogany case with hinged opening lid and original working lock and key, opening to reveal an original dark blue velvet and silk line interior with two layers of instruments including pencils, rules, compass, ruling pen, pertractor etcetera in polished steel and bone. Bears the makers name W.H. Harling, Finsbury Pavement to the lid, a company founded in 1851 a company renown as a manufacturer of high quality instruments. Presented in immaculate and complete condition.   Case measures 8" wide x 6.5" deep x 2" high.   Stock number 39163.
