A fine quality mid Victorian silver and crystal smelling salts and perfume bottle by collected maker Sampson Mordan, hallmarked London 1879. The circular crystal bottle with two sections. The smaller section for smelling salts with scroll design engraved silver collar and spring loaded top; the top opening by button release to reveal a gilt lined interior and the makers name to the inside of the lid. The larger perfume section with matching engraved silver screw top cap and matching collar to the glass vessel. Bears the makers mark for collected maker Sampson Mordan along with clear hallmarks to all sections. Presented in immaculate condition. Measures 3.75" long x 0.75" diameter. Stock number tba.
