A Victorian presentation oak dinner gong with cow horn supports and silver plated fittings c.1900. Square oak plinth to the base forming the foot with turned and moulded section above which includes a blank silver plated shield to the front. Two Highland cattle horns set to each side with silver plated mounts and tips; suspended silver plated gong set to the centre. Original turned oak striking hammer sat on the base in silver plated supports with matching silver plated bound corners to the base. Superb quality and presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures at the base 8" wide x 8" deep.  Measures overall 14" maximum width x 18" high. Stock number 42231.
