A fine quality Victorian brass cased skeletonised marine barometer with engraved silvered scale and twin crescent thermometers, fully serviced and working c.1885. Dished polished brass case with hanging loop to the top, rapid indicating skeletonised movement sat to the centre of the case surrounded by an engraved silvered scale. Twin thermometers to the lower half of the scale, the left alcohol action thermometer reading in centigrade and the right mercury action thermometer reading in Fahrenheit. A fine quality instrument presented in immaculate fully serviced and working condition with a deep shine to the case.   Measures 8" diameter x 2" deep.  Stock number 39021.
