An antique Persian pure wool hand knotted runner with close short pile and a stylish large interlocking geometric pattern c.1900. The soft red close short pile background decorated with a large interlocking geometric pattern and has a black outline infilled in soft golds and creams. Geometric bands forming six panels and matching border to the edge. Presented in superb unworn stain free condition, newly cleaned ready for use. Measures 66.5" long x 25.5" wide. Stock number 42486.
