A fine quality solid silver matching set of 2 sugar spoons and a sugar tong, altogether weighing 3.35 troy oz and hallmarked London 1867. Comprising of a matching pair of sugar spoons each with gilded well and 'fiddle and thread' design handles, plus a matching pair of large sugar tongs. Each piece bears the makers mark for London silversmith George William Adams (Chawner & Co) along with clear hallmarks to all pieces. Heavy quality and presented in immaculate unused condition.  Tongs measure 5.75" long x 0.75" wide, spoons measure 4.5" long x 1" diameter at the well. Stock number 42690.
