The solid figured mahogany balloon shaped case with unusual ovoid top and moulded plinth to the base. Superb quality fruitwood and metal inays in the Art Nouveau style above and below below the dial. French 8 day movement with porcelain dial, 8 day Paris made movement with platform escapement sat behind.
