A Georgian oak drop leaf oval side table with bobbin turned legs and superb original patina c.1720. When down, the fold out table surface sits flat against the wall, thereby forming a half round side table. The planked table top opening out to form an oval table, which are supported by gate action bobbin turned legs with substantial base stretchers. Pegged joints throughout along with an excellent original colour and patina. Measures closed 31.5" wide x 18.5" deep or 27.75" across at it's widest point when open x 27.5" high. Stock number CS390.
