An Edwardian heavy quality solid silver hinged top tea caddy by Walker & Hall, hallmarked Sheffield 1906. Oval form with panels below the waist line, cast silver ring drop handles to each side and a stepped top with hinged lid to the centre. The lid rising to a peak with a turned ebony finial to aid opening in the centre. Bears the makers mark for highly regarded silversmiths Walker & Hall along with clear hallmarks to all sections. Weighing 5.4 troy oz and presented in immaculate condition. Measures 4" wide x 3" deep x 4" high. Stock number 42552.
