A top quality Victorian solid silver heart shaped photo frame by William Comyns, hallmarked London 1896. Heart shaped centre forming the view window for the photograph, the silver surround with gadrooned embossed decoration, the silver returning around the sides to meet the solid oak back with sturdy easel stand. Bears the makers mark for William Comyns, presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 7.5" high x 5.25" wide. Takes photo 4" x 5". Stock number 37049.
