A small Victorian walnut pendant banjo barometer with skeletonised movement, fully serviced and working c.1890. Turned and carved surround to the movement with half turnings either side of the thermometer sat above, crescent shaped pediment to the top and original turned finials. The skeletonised movement with porcelain dial sat around the outer edge, bevelled edge glass mounted in a polished brass bezel with central reading marker sat over the top. Original scale to the working thermometer. Presented in excellent condition with a deep shine, fully serviced and working. Measures 2...1.5" long x 8.75" wide x 1.5" deep. Stock number 40482.
