A heavy quality Victorian solid silver 'Biggin' coffee pot on stand with burner, hallmarked London 1900. The tall coffee pot with gadrooned design decoration to the bottom half, hinged domed lid to the top with ebony finial. Matching ebony handle to the side with pouring spout opposite. Sat on the original matching silver tripod foot base with removable burner to the centre. Weighs 716g. All sections with matching hallmarks and bearing the makers mark for London silversmith Henry Stratford. A difficult to find item in solid silver, presented in immaculate unused condition with a deep shine.... Measures 10.5" high x 4" diameter x 6.5" wide handle to spout. Stock number 39378.
