Unusual Edwardian Period Silver Inkwell & Stamp Drawer

An Unusual Edwardian period silver captain's inkwell with stamp drawer to the front. Hallmarked Birmingham 1910. Bears the maker's mark for Cornelius Desormeaux Saunders & James Francis Hollings (Frank) Shepherd. Circular form with flared out moulded edge base containing a pull out double stamp drawer to the front. Hinged top to the inkwell with an inverted top forming a pen rest. Original Bristol blue glass liner to the inkwell. Clear hallmarks to the side. Good heavy weight. Presented in immaculate condition. Measures 5.75" diameter x 2.75"high. Stock no.37951.
