A superior quality George III oak country house chest of drawers with original decorative brass fittings c.1760. Single piece solid oak top with moulded edges and rounded front corners. Two over three drawer formation, each drawer with cock beaded edges and top quality original decorative brass handles along with matching escutcheons. Moulded plinth to the base with original bracket feet below. Single piece solid oak sides and original boarded back, clean oak lined drawers. Presented in excellent original condition with a rich colour and original patina. Measures 34.5" wide x 19.5" dee...p x 33" high. Stock number 39908.
