Description

A superb matching pair of Edwardian period easy chairs upholstered in old chestnut brown hide upholstery C.1910. The well shaped substantial frames with slightly reclined backs and rolled over arms. Scalloped apron to the front mirroring the shape of the back. Sat on carved walnut front legs with splayed legs to the rear. The old top quality chestnut brown coloured hide upholstery with brass stud work edges, in superb condition with the original patinated finish; no repairs or damage. Matching original feather filled seat cushion over the sprung base with matching sprung back and horse hair filling. Very comfortable and useable. Each measures 36" wide x 33" deep x 37" high to top of the back x 18" seat height. Stock number 25275.
