A superb unusual shaped Edwardian period solid figured mahogany cased mantel clock with decorative fruitwood inlays C.1900. The figured timber case with swags of flowers inlaid in fruitwood. arched form to the top repeated under the dial, sat on a moulded plinth below with small polished brass bun feet. 8 day Paris made movement with platform escapement with convex white porcelain enamel dial sat behind bevel edge glass in a polished brass bezel. Fully overhauled movement. Presented in superb condition with a deep shine. Measures 7" high x 9" wide x2.75" deep. Stock number 36532.
