A superb quality small proportioned Edwardian period mahogany Sheraton inlaid banjo barometer c.1900. Silver engraved dial with cast brass bezel inset with thick bevelled edge glass and centre reading marker. Matching silvered thermometer scale above with mercury action thermometer. Satinwood and fruitwood shell inlays flanked either side and satinwood inlaid pateras to the top and base. Broken arch pediment to the top, complete with brass urn finial to the centre.
