A small Victorian period solid silver oval photo frame with original oak back, hallmarked Birmingham 1895. The solid silver front with embossed outer edge and slightly dished inner, matching embossed edge to the photograph window. The silver face returning around the sides to meet the solid oak back with sturdy easel stand. Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths Sydney & Co along with clear hallmarks. Presented in excellent condition. Takes photograph 2" x 3.5". Measures overall 3" wide x 4.5" high. Stock number 43349.
