Small George III Mahogany Chest with Brushing Slide
A small proportioned George III mahogany three drawer chest with brushing slide and wonderful original patina c.1760. Figured timber top with moulded edge sat over three deep graduated drawers, brushing slide below the surface. The brushing slide with original axe drop fittings and polished surface. Each drawer with figured veneers, cockbeaded edges and original quality brass fittings. Moulded plinth to the base with original bracket feet set below. Polished mahogany sides and original boarded back. Presented in superb original unrestored condition with a rich colour and original patina.&nb...sp;Measures 30" wide x 21" deep x 30.5" high.
