An unusual George V period solid silver table top pomander, hallmarked Birmingham 1911. The slightly domed push fit lid with a decorative fretted and embossed floral design panel to the centre to allow the scent to be smelt. The pomander has an engine turned rim to aid removal. The polished lid base bears the retailers name Wilson & Gill, Regent Street, London. Opens to reveal an immaculate gilt lined interior. Presented in immaculate unused condition. Measures 1.75" diameter x 0.75" high. Stock number 37943.
