A fine quality Victorian solid silver whistle and vinaigrette combination in the form of a horn by collected maker Sampson Mordan, hallmarked London 1890. Fashioned in the form of a horn with two straps, hanging loop to each to secure the chain. The horn end with opening cover, fretwork gilded cover to the interior with hinged opening forming the vinaigrette. The mouth piece end forming the whistle, registered trademark and makers name to the interior.
