Rare William and Mary Period Silver Spoon

A rare and collectable William & Mary period silver spoon by Lawrence Jones, hallmarked London 1689. The hand formed spoon with broad handle trefid design terminus, rats tail design to the rear of the spoons bowl. Berars the makers mark for London flatware maker Lawrence Jones working 1686 to 1713 along with excellent clear hallmarks. Weighs 2 troy oz and presented in superb unworn condition with a rich polish. Measures 7.5" long x 1.75" bowl width.  Stock number 42896.
