Rare Edwardian Silver Tea Infuser

A rare Edwardian period silver tea infuser with matching chain and loop handle, hallmarked Chester 1901. The spherical hinged opening infuser with decorative piercing to allow the tea to infuse. Matching chain and small loop handle to allow the infuser to be removed from the water. The infuser opening to reveal an unused interior. Bears the makers mark for highly regarded silversmith James & William Deakin. Presented in immaculate unused condition. Measures 1.25" diam infuser x 5.5" long chain and loop handle.
