Rare Edwardian Large Disc Chart Barograph
A rare large Edwardian mahogany cased vertical disc chart barograph with bevelled glass case, in fully serviced and working order c.1910. Moulded edge plinth foot base with narrow proportions and matching moulded edge mahogany framed bevelled edge glass cover sat on top. The 8 day barograph movement with rare and unusual large proportioned vertical disk chart, which allows the full weeks reading to be red at a glance; superior accuracy is achieved due to the larger scale of the chart. Presented in superb original condition, the 8 day movement is fully serviced and working with charts a...nd ink ready for use. This form of barograph is rare and seldom found for sale.
