Description

A fine quality Persian pure wool Lilian rug from the Western area of Persia in superb unworn newly cleaned condition c.1920. The deep close hand knotted pile with a champagne cream background decorated with interlocking floral decoration in tones of soft reds and terracotta along with complementing tones of soft blues. Double border to the outer edge with a fawn background and geometric decoration. Presented in superb unworn stain free condition and newly cleaned ready for use.  Measures 84" long x 46.5" wide.
