A George II period oak joint with carved top rails and wonderful colour and original patina c.1740. The single plank top with moulded edge overlapping the base. The top rails with moulded form and carved decoration, the turned legs with pegged joints at the top and the base. Matching carving to the base stretchers. Presented in superb original condition with a rich colour and original patina, very sturdy and useable. Measures 17.5" wide x 10" deep at the surface x 19.25" high. Stock number 39508.
