An unusual matching pair of late George III period brass candlesticks with dished drip tray bases and candle pushers c.1810. Each matching candlestick with deep dished bases forming drip trays for wax spills. Tall candle sconces set to the centre of each with fine rope twist design mount at the bases and broad drip rims to the tops. Candle pushers set to the sides for expelling the spent candles. Hand formed and both presented in excellent condition with a deep shine. Each measures 6" diameter at the base x 9" high. Stock number 42972.
