An Outstanding Victorian polished oak gaming Tantalus.c.1890. Silvered mounts, carry handles and decoration to the fine quality case. Original crystal cut glass decanters in perfect condition. Games drawer to the base, complete with playing cards, two fruitwood cribbage boards, dice and shaker. Original glasses and oriental bowl to the top. Made by Daniel Carter of Birmingham. Working lock and key. Superb quality and condition. Measures 15" x 11.5"deep x 13"high. Stock no.31290.
