A superb original oil on board by acclaimed artist Donald McIntyre 1923 - 2009. A classic and desirable example, typical of the Leeds born artist. Original inscription to the rear in the artists hand numbered 1806 and the subject named as ' Rocky Headland ' Excellent bright colours with good depth, the spry of the sea coming of the rocks in the background. Signed to the bottom right by the artist. Presented in a quality contemporary black timber and gilt finish frame with a broad mount and antireflective museum glass.
