A stylish William Moorcroft leaf & berries flambe baluster shaped vase c.1930. The baluster shaped vase with slightly flared base and rolled neck. Decorated with a continuous band of tube lined leaves and berries painted in vibrant autumn reds, yellows and soft greens with deep purple berries sat in-between. The flambe glazed background in deep red running to a rich burgundy at the base. Signed in full by William Moorcroft to the base along with the Moorcroft 'Potter to H.M. Queen' impressions indicating a date of manufacture of c.1928-36. Presented in perfect unrestored condition with ...no damage or scratches. Measures 9" high x 4.25" diameter at the widest point.
