A pair of fine quality mid Victorian walnut occasional chairs with decorative carved frames c.1875. Shaped deep buttoned back with moulded and crisply carved solid figured walnut show frame. Circular sprung seat with moulded show frame to the base and carved cabriole legs to the front. Splayed legs to the rear, sat on original brass castors. Both chairs reupholstered to a high standard in a neutral cream herringbone Abraham Moon pure wool fabric. Superb condition and each presented in excellent condition with a deep shine to the framework. Can be sold individually. Each measures 20" wide x 2...3" deep x 33" high to top of the back x 15" seat height. Stock number 38534.
