Large Victorian Timber Gilt Mirror
A large Victorian timber gilt framed mirror with shell design pediment to the top c.1880. The broad timber gilt frame with floral and scroll design decoration to inner edge and broad flower and leaf design decoration to the outer edge. The outer corners of the frame with applied decoration and a shell design pediment central to the top of the frame. Original mirror glass in excellent condition and original gilt finish. Boarded back with secure fittings for wall hanging. Superbly detailed throughout and presented in excellent original condition with no damage or repairs. Measures 34.5" wide ...x 6.5" deep x 46.75" high at the pediment. Stock number 42640.
