Large Pair of Victorian Papier Mache Vases
A large pair of Victorian octagonal papier maché floor standing vases with original oriental style decoration c.1890. Octagonal form tapering outwards towards the flared necks. Original black Japanned finish with hand decorated floral oriental style decoration, terracotta painted edges with Greek key design boarders. Presented in good original condition, some minor scuffing to the bases and an excellent colour and polish. Each measures 30.25" high x 12" wide x 12" deep. Stock number 40099.
