Large Masons Ironstone Jug and Basin

A large immaculate Victorian Masons Ironstone jug and basin c.1880. The large circular basin with flat panelled effect exterior and scalloped rim; decorated inside and out with blue transfer print and overpainted with colours to enhance the design. The matching jug in classical Masons style with decoration to match the bowl. Both pieces with matching Masons factory marks to the base. The set presented in immaculate condition with no damage or repairs. Basin measures 16" diameter x 6" high, jug measures 9" diameter for the vessel x 11" wide including the handle x 11....
