Georgian Silver Tea Scoop

George IV period silver tea scoop with 'shovel' shaped bowl and mother-of-pearl handle. Hallmarked Birmingham 1824, Ledsam & Vale. The solid silver scoop shaped bowl with matching silver collar to the rear holding the tapering mother of pearl handle, clear hallmarks along with the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths Ledsam Vale. Presented in immaculate unused condition with a deep shine. Measures 1" wide x 1.25" long x 0.5" deep at the scoop x 4" long including handle.  Stock number 40290.
