A pair of fine quality George III period solid silver grape scissors, hallmarked Birmingham 1818. Heavy quality with double lined rim forming a boarder to the outer edge on the face and reverse sides. The rear side with hear shaped decoration to the handles. Decorative flower head mount to the centre masking the securing screw. Hallmarked to all sections and bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths Henry Harding. Measures 7.5" long x 2.5" max with x 0.75" max height when laid flat. Stock number 38099.
