A George II period oak lowboy with original brassware c.1750. Planked figured oak top with clipped corners to the moulded edge, sat over a three drawer base comprising of two drawers sat either side of a shallow wide central drawer. Shaped apron below with swept ends joined to the moulded cabriole front legs and complementing moulded legs to the rear; all with pad feet. Excellent rich colour and original patina. Measures 34.5" wide x 19" deep x 28.5" high. Stock number 42931.
