A superior quality small proportioned George I style walnut chest of drawers with quarter veneered top and original fittings c.1900. Quarter veneered top with moulded edge and crossbanding to the edge. Sat over for graduated drawers with book matched veneers and crossbanded edges. Original open backplate brass fittings. Sat on a moulded plinth with original bracket feet. Figured timber sides and oak drawer linings. Superb mellow colour and deep polish. Measures 31.75" wide x 30.5" high x 19.25" deep.
