A top quality collectable Edward VII silver Coronation commemorative spoon, hallmarked Birmingham 1901. The solid silver spoon with a bust of the King to the top of the handle, the stem fashioned as the sceptre and orb with crown mount to the well of the spoon. The cast silver well with an image of Westminster Abbey along with the year of the Coronation. Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths James Fenton along with clear hallmarks. A difficult to find item presented in immaculate unused condition. Measures 5" long x 1.25" wide at the well. Stock number 40888.
