An Edwardian period solid oak nine drawer tambour front file cabinet with reading lectern to the top c.1910. Moulded edge to the top with upstand to the back, the surface rising to form a reading lectern. Framed panelled sides and back for free standing if required, tambour front with original brass handle and working lock and key. The front falling on release by key (see video) to reveal a nine tray interior. Each tray large enough to hold a file or A4 paper; moulded front rails with polished brass label holders and sign written labels. Apron foot to the base with concealed castors below to a...id moving.
