Edwardian Hughes Of London Library Clock.

A superb quality, and most unusual Edwardian library clock by Thomas Hughes of London Ltd C.1905/10. Burr walnut case with amboyna panels to the sides. Strung with fruit wood and ebony; view window showing the movement to the top of the case. Decorative silvered engraved dial with arabic numerals, and blued steel hands. Sat behind glazed window with polished cast brass bezel. 8 day movement with cylinder escapement. Fully restored. Measures 10" diameter. x 5" deep. Stock number 27507.
