A fine quality and rare Edinburgh silver table snuff box by Cross & Carruthers, hallmarked Edinburgh 1828. The highly decorative hinged lid with Rocco design boarder and cross hatched centre. Matching design flange to the front to aid opening, opens to reveal an immaculate gilt lined interior with clear hallmarks and makers mark. Heavy quality, presented in immaculate unused condition with a deep shine. Measures 3.25" long x1.75" wide x0.85" deep. Stock number 35499.
