A matching pair of impressive early Victorian brass pricket floor standing candlesticks with original patinated finish c.1850. Decorative triangular bases with masks to each side, decorative band and urn shaped knuckles above, leading to reeded slightly tapering columns. Wide circular drip trays with dental edge and inset pricket for holding the candles. Heavy quality and presented excellent condition with a deep shine. Each measures 10" maximum width x 10" deep at the foot x 7" diameter at the top x 45" high. Stock number 40621.
