Early Victorian Miniature Chest of Drawers
An early Victorian figured mahogany miniature chest of drawers with fruitwood inlaid banding and turned bone knobs c.1850. Figured mahogany top with inlaid fruitwood band sat below the front edge. Two over three graduated drawers each with figured veneers and original turned knobs. Moulded plinth to the base with small turned feet below. Good proportions and excellent detail throughout, presented in original condition with a rich colour and original patina. Ideal as a jewellery chest. Measures 8.75" wide x 5" deep x 11" high.
