An early Victorian broad arm yew and elm broad arm Windsor chair c.1840. The bent wood high railed back with fretted centre splat. Broad arm set through the centre, moulded seat sat over turned legs supported by a H stretcher. Excellent original colour and polish, no breaks or repairs, very sturdy and comfortable. Measures 43" high to top of the back x 26" wide x 22" deep x 17" seat height. Stock number CS58.
